(Fuswilath) 41 : 2
تَنْزِيلٌ مِنَ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
A revelation from the Impartial, the Merciful.
That means Lord’s Book is the revelation from Impartial Allah who have given freedom for the mankind to select either the Guidance to the Paradise or the strayed ways to the hell, and who shows Mercy to those who have selected the Guidance to the Paradise. See explanation 1: 2; 25: 60; 32: 2.
